INSTRUCTIONS
(a) In case of a sole proprietary concern, the sole proprietor should sign himself and affix Rubber Stamp.
(b) In case of partnership concern all the partners or any one of the partners duly authorised or manager with the power of attorney may sign.
(c) In case the applicant is limited company, signature should be of a person on behalf of company, in accordance with the provisions of its Articles of Association.
(d) Security deposit Rs. 10,000/- payable only by D.D. in favour of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd " New Delhi. For each registration separate Demand Draft will be accepted. Common draft in more than one registration will not be accepted.
Copies of documents Photostate/Typed duly attested by a Magistrate or Gazetted Officer should be attached as applicable.
(1) Power of Attorney
(2) Registered Partnership Deed or Partnership Deed with from 'A' issued by Registrar of Firms.
(3) Articles of Association attested by Managing Director/Director with certificate of incorporation.
